When building with Platinum Classic Custom Homes can we add on amenities/features to the house during the building process?
The short answer is, yes! Platinum Classic Custom Homes incorporates a step by step process to ensure you are getting everything you need, every detail matters. The Architectural Plan Design (Phase II) is imperative to the home building process when incorporating big amenities such as pools, movie rooms, etc. The Selections Phase (Phase VI) focuses on the fixtures, amenities, and add-ons. The designer we work with, Carla Royder and her team will work with you on the appearance and add-ons to your new home. These are for items such as Lighting/ Plumbing fixtures, Appliances, Cabinets, Hardware, Flooring, Countertops, etc.
What warranties are provided with the house?
When choosing to build with Platinum Classic Custom Homes we try hard in every case to build the perfect home and make it as warranty and maintenance free as possible. Initially upon moving in we will schedule a time to come out and go over the mechanical features within the home with you. We will also go over the maintenance items and warranty process and how to handle any situation that may arise in the future. We pride ourselves on customer service and making ourselves available beyond the building process.
Can I choose my own finishes in the interior?
Absolutely! We want your home to feel like yours so you get a say on everything that goes into it. Like stated above, we work with Carla Royder who is there to help guide you in picking out the right finishes to implement in your home.
Are there any homeowners rules?
This is an important question to always ask before moving into a new community as some neighborhoods have rules and regulations! The first step in our process goes through Lot Selection. This will enable you to learn more about the neighborhood you are planning to move into and see if it is the right fit for your lifestyle.
