Our Team
Wade Bowen
Director of Business Development and Marketing
In the midst of a career as a lifelong musician, Wade Bowen has assumed the Director of Business Development and Marketing role with Platinum Classic Custom Homes. Wade, an accomplished performer and songwriter is no stranger to the construction industry, in fact, it’s in his family’s blood. While fostering his creative talents he worked alongside his father and other family members as part of the team of Bowen Electric in his hometown of Waco, Texas. The talents and skills he’s developed in both the music and construction industries provide Wade an amazing perspective on marketing the creative process of homebuilding.
Wade’s relationship with Platinum was born from an admiration of founder Jesse Pigott’s approach to client relationships. “Jesse and the people at Platinum care for the client throughout the entire home building process. That’s the kind of commitment I like to see and be a part of” Bowen states. He believes that the most rewarding part of what he gets to do is see the excitement on a new homeowner’s face at their first meeting because that’s the first moment they really begin to start visualizing their dream home.
Wade loves spending time with his beautiful wife and sons outside of work. You can also find him on the golf course with friends, playing his guitar, or bingeing the most popular movie section on Netflix.

Brad Ynostrosa
Director of Sales
Brad is a seasoned professional, having been on every side of new home construction. He began his career in 1993 by handling new home warranties for 21 subdivisions in the Dallas area. From there, he ventured into home building, co-owning a concrete company, selling residential building materials, and just about anything you can think of related to home construction. Over the years, Brad discovered that his passion is to use his knowledge and expertise to help others that are jumping into the home building process and looking for guidance.
Brad has worked with Platinum’s founder, Jesse, for nearly two decades now. “My relationship with Jesse and the people of Platinum go far beyond working with one another. They are my family” Ynostrosa states. One of the most rewarding parts of Brad’s job is when he receives a call from a new client that was referred to them by a previous client. Brad believes that is the main sign that they are doing what they are supposed to: Making sure that relationships with their clients evolve into friendships that go beyond construction.
Brad loves spending time with his three amazing daughters that keep him and his wife busy outside of work. They enjoy going to their kids’ golf tournaments, volleyball games, and swim meets. If Brad does get a spare moment alone, he usually spends it hunting, fishing, or tending to the family ranch in Central Texas. For the most part, if the weather is good, Brad is outside and happy!
Allie Laningham
Operations Manager
Allie oversees the operations of Platinum seamlessly. Her experience in managing massive music festivals, the careers of top tier recording artists, and one of the most popular entertainment venues in the Hill Country has earned her the skills necessary to exceed the expectations of the most discriminate clientele. Allie’s involvement in the philanthropic world was the catalyst for an introduction to Platinum’s founder Jesse Pigott and his Wildfire charity event. Her work with that team resulted in an invitation to join Platinum in her current capacity.
Allie says that one of the most rewarding parts of her job is being able to facilitate a project going from an empty lot to a unique custom home. She is passionate about getting to know each and every client and helping them through each step of the custom home building process.
Allie never tires of exploring the hill country with her husband and fur-baby, Miles. Her ideal weekend includes a nature trail, the Comal river, and a glass of wine. Or two.
